He's an alumnus of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and has served in various capacities with organizations such as the World Bank, FCDO, DAI and the National Property Reforms Working Group of the Government of Ghana.

Rose Noah possesses talents and industry experience in the chocolatier, insect farming, and green business sectors. As the Co-CEO of West African Feeds, Rose pioneers the use of insects in formulating sustainable feed alternatives for the global animal nutrition industry. Her experience in the sustainable agriculture industry has led her to work with industry participants such as UNDP, Footprints Africa, Ghana Climate Change Accelerator in forwarding climate-focused policy in the sustainable agriculture space.
Dr. Belinda Noah

Dr. Noah is an internationally recognized attorney with bar memberships in Florida & Ghana. As a Doctor of Juridical Sciences, Dr. Noah has advised & worked with companies such as Dupont, Draper & the University of South Florida on matters of Intellectual Property Law, Biotechnology, and Health Law. As a descendant of the Black Seminole peoples of Florida, Dr.Noah has authored “The Black Seminoles” - a book highlighting the history of the unconquered Black Seminole's legacy towards freedom. In the legal realm, she is also the author of International Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Law. Dr.Noah has also produced a screenplay titled “Princess Hialeah and the Black and Indian Seminoles”

The Late Commissioner Retd. Emmanuel Buetey Noah

A visionary in the global ball python industry, he helped discover and introduce influential morphs like Champagne, Bongo, Bamboo, Puzzle, Monarch, and Sahara. His efforts not only shaped the genetics of modern breeding but also elevated African breeders to global recognition.
Globally recognized as the “KingPin” of BallPythons, in the late 1990s and early 2000s, he was instrumental in discovering foundational morphs such as Albino, Clown, and Piebald, helping establish Africa’s role in the global ball python trade.
Beyond herpetology, Commissioner Noah championed conservation as the Chairman of the Ghana Wildlife Exporters Association and later as Board Director of Wildlife Trade and Industry at the Ghana Forestry Commission (2001–2006). His leadership advanced sustainable practices, protected endangered species, and shaped national policy.
His legacy lives on through the Noah Family, the lives he touched and the industries he transformed.
